Between 1997 - 1998 I collected stones from the bed of the river Rhine running through my hometown Basel. They became the core of “DROPPED STARLIGHT”.
After my move to the UK the shapes of these stones provoked a new piece: “Vertebras”. The yarn wound around the stones traces their form sculpted by an unknown past.
